Our Objectives

- To identify and nurture entrepreneurial talents among disadvantaged youth between the ages of 18-30 yrs.

- Provide seed capital for those who have viable business propositions.

- Provide successful applicants with a volunteer business mentor for three years, and full access to the organizations
training and business support network.

Overall Aim

KYBT provides the aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs with invaluable resources and experience to help them hone their
creativity, communication, leadership, team building, and business skills. These exercises not only develop entrepreneurs
but more importantly, community leaders.

KYBT’s focus is to fight youth unemployment by providing collateral free loans and mentors to assist the young people
through the first three years of business.

Methodology

To achieve its objectives, KYBT implements its programme in three phases;

- Client Preparations

- Start-up/ expansion capital

- Mentoring (Business Support) and Training

KYBT facilitates the dreams of disadvantaged youth – who in turn contribute to their families and communities.
